Mohamed Salah has reportedly told Liverpool he wants to leave this summer, with Saudi Arabia interested in signing the winger.

According to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, the forward has informed the Anfield giants that he wants to make the switch to Al-Ittihad, who are prepared to make a huge offer for Salah.

Salah’s future has become a huge talking point in recent days, with the forward seemingly set on making the move to the Middle East, following Jordan Henderson and Fabinho to Saudi Arabia.

Hailed as ‘world-class’, the Egyptian international is easily one of Liverpool’s best players and a forward who is still at the top of his game in the Premier League.

And this update from Galetti is nothing short of terrible from Liverpool, though whether or not this transfer actually goes through is another question entirely.

Salah to Saudi Arabia feels as inevitable as it’s ever been, and whilst the forward making the move might soon become a reality, Liverpool simply can’t allow the winger to depart this summer.

The former AS Roma star is one of the best attackers in the world and a Liverpool legend, with Salah one of the most important components to Jurgen Klopp’s plans this season.

Indeed, Salah can’t be allowed to leave for Saudi Arabia this summer, even if Al-Ittihad are willing to make a huge offer that Liverpool will likely never see again for the attacker in the coming windows.
