Mohamed Salah was reportedly in good spirits in training this week amid reports that the Liverpool winger could be heading to Saudi Arabia.

As per Sky Sports News, the Egyptian international was in a positive mood yesterday at Kirkby as Salah trained as normal with the rest of the Liverpool squad.

Salah’s future has again been up in the air this week amid new reports that Saudi Arabia sides are interested in signing the Liverpool superstar as part of their ongoing shopping spree in football.

However, it’s now almost-certain that Salah will remain with Liverpool this season, with clubs from the Middle Eastern nation likely to return for the attacker next year.

With Alisson Becker also subject to interest from Saudi Arabia, Liverpool continue to be placed under the microscope, with Salah one name who could make the move next year.

Salah’s future has again become a massive talking point around Anfield, with Saudi Arabia’s interest seemingly here to stay in the coming windows.

Whilst there feels like an air of inevitably that Salah will one day head to the Middle East, the winger remaining happy on Merseyside could lead to the forward staying way beyond 2024.

Indeed, silverware this season and a return to the UEFA Champions League is the bare minimum that could keep Salah at Liverpool, something Jurgen Klopp and every fan will want to see in the coming months.
