Liverpool have reportedly asked Crystal Palace about signing Cheick Doucoure, with the midfielder wanted by the Reds.
According to the Daily Mail, the Anfield side have made an initial approach for the Eagles star with Liverpool now close to signing VfB Stuttgart captain Wataru Endo.
Having missed out on Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia, Liverpool are moving fast to find alternatives to add to the defensive midfield position, with Doucoure now firmly on Jurgen Klopp’s radar.

Valued at £50m, Doucoure impressed in his debut Premier League season last year as Palace stayed up comfortably after Roy Hodgson returned to the south London club.
And now, Liverpool are interested in signing Doucoure, who could be an incredible signing for the Reds given his age and his experience already playing in the Premier League.
