Liverpool could reportedly reignite their interest in signing Manu Kone, with the midfielder linked with the Reds all summer.

According to journalist Christian Falk, the Borussia Monchengladbach prospect could soon be back on Liverpool’s radar alongside Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch.

With the Anfield side closing in on VfB Stuttgart captain Wataru Endo, it appears that Liverpool aren’t done yet with shopping in the Bundesliga, with Kone seemingly back on the agenda.

Lauded by TTT as an ‘elite’ ball-carrying and dribbling midfielder, Kone could be yet another exciting addition to Liverpool’s ranks in what has been a rampant summer of change.

And with Liverpool bringing in Endo, Kone could be an ideal next signing for the Reds in their quest to finally complete their midfield for the new season.

At 22, Kone is very much at the start of his footballing career having become a regular in the Bundesliga with Gladbach, with the Premier League the obvious next step for the youngster.

And in Liverpool, the midfielder could find a dream club for his development, with Jurgen Klopp a manager who could help the prospect reach the next level of his game.

With the Reds also in need of a dynamic midfielder who can operate in the holding role, Kone could be a long-term addition to Liverpool’s squad if he can settle in at Anfield and the demands the fans will make for the youngster.
