Karen Carney has predicted Mohamed Salah to score more than Erling Haaland this season, with the Liverpool winger set for a big season.
Speaking on Monday Night Football, the pundit claimed that the Egyptian international has the ability to beat the Manchester City superstar to the Golden Boot award for this season.
Salah bagged 30 goals in all competitions last season as Liverpool missed out on top-four, though there is an expectation that the forward will somehow be even better this campaign.
The Liverpool superstar has already won the Premier League Golden Boot award and could easily do it again this year, even with Haaland a freak of nature since joining City.
Indeed, Salah beating Haaland to the award would be quite some fear, yet Carney believes the Liverpool star could do the unthinkable in the upcoming Premier League season.

The former England international said: “I just wanted a different name. I think, I go back to it, it’s whether he stays fit or not Haaland. I just think Salah needs to have a really big season again, it was just a got feeling.”
