Lucas Leiva was left amazed by Luis Diaz’s goal for Liverpool against Bayern Munich, with the Colombian international impressing in Singapore.
Speaking to LFCTV, the former Anfield midfielder was stunned by the winger’s goal in Liverpool’s 4-3 loss to Bayern, with Lucas saying: “For me, Luis Diaz’s goal was incredible. He started everything and then finished it off.”
It was truly a work of art from the 26-year-old winger, with Diaz starting the entire move deep in Bayern’s half before executing the play with an audacious finish.

Although the £38m forward was unable to stop Bayern from securing the win, it was a convincing run-out from Diaz ahead of Liverpool’s last pre-season friendlies, with Jurgen Klopp now having a major choice to make.
Liverpool’s forward options have all impressed this summer in one way or another, and Diaz’s goal for Bayern was potentially the moment of the entire pre-season camp given the sheer quality on show.
