Liverpool have reportedly made contact with Kylian Mbappe’s representatives, with PSG this week transfer listing the France international.

Football Transfers claim that the Reds have been in talks with the attacker’s camp over a potential move, with the race now on to sign Mbappe after news broke that PSG will now sell the forward this summer, an update that has seemingly interested Liverpool.

The Merseyside giants have been linked with Mbappe for what feels like an eternity. And this window could now be the best shot Liverpool will ever have at signing the 24-year-old striker, even if they have to face Real Madrid for the superstar’s signature.

Moreover, with PSG signing Mbappe for an astonishing £166m in 2017, Liverpool could have to smash their transfer record nearly three-times over if they’re to lure the former AS Monaco superstar to Anfield, a prospect that few fans can imagine this summer.

Indeed, the forward has always been a fan of Liverpool. Yet even with Jurgen Klopp’s side speaking to Mbappe’s team, the chances of the Reds actually signing the French sensation remain close to zero, especially with Madrid still the favourites.
