AC Milan have reportedly excluded Divock Origi from their pre-season tour, with the Rossoneri already looking to sell the former Liverpool striker this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Belgian international has been left out of Milan’s squad that will travel to the United States this summer, with the Italian giants making Origi available for sale just one year after signing the forward from Liverpool as a free-agent.
The 28-year-old managed just two goals in all competitions for Milan as the Rossoneri made it to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals. And with a new leading striker the priority for Stefano Pioli’s side, Origi is now free to leave to recoup some cash for a new signing.
Indeed, few Liverpool fans would have predicted Origi to flop this badly at the Sani Siro. Yet this latest update is a harsh indication of where the forward’s with Milan lays, with a move out of Italy now the best course of action for the former Anfield hero.
Origi has to find an escape route out of Milan as soon as possible

Origi’s time in Italy has been nothing short of a nightmare, and with the forward now in what many would consider the prime of his career, the Belgian has to find a route out of Milan as quickly as possible. Thankfully, interest should be high in the striker.
As we know, Origi still has some credit in the bank based on his incredible accomplishments with Liverpool. And with the forward now aged 28, an ambitious side could be willing to take the Milan outcast off their books and give the former Red a new lease of life.
