Dominik Szoboszlai has lauded Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, with the Hungarian international excited to start working with the German coach.
Speaking to the club’s official website, the 22-year-old revealed his admiration for Klopp as Szoboszlai was this weekend announced as a new Liverpool player, with the Reds paying £60m to bring the versatile playmaker to Anfield from RB Leipzig.
Szoboszlai’s arrival fills a creative void in Liverpool’s squad that has been needing filling in for most of the summer. Yet Klopp and his team have now solved this issue with the signing of the winger, who could be an incredible addition for the Reds in the years to come.

Moreover, Szoboszlai is seemingly excited to start working with Klopp. With the youngster even naming the Liverpool boss as one of the best coaches in the world and a figure that the former Bundesliga superstar has admired for some time.
Szoboszlai said on Klopp: “As I said I think in 2020, [he is] one of the best coaches in the world. How he acts next to the pitch – like he would [be] playing with the guys – [I] liked it really a lot. Also how he did in the last years, what he achieved with this club, [I] was also really impressed. I’m looking forward to working with him.”
Klopp could transform Szoboszlai into a world-class player

Klopp is no stranger with taking good players and elevating them to the next level, with Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and Alisson Becker all become world-class under the German’s watch at Liverpool. And Szoboszlai is the strongest candidate from this new generation of players to hit that level.
The Hungarian is a complete playmaker who can score, assist and play in almost every position in the midfield and the attack. And for Liverpool under Klopp, Szoboszlai has the potential to hit new heights in the years to come if he is willing to work hard and to earn his stripes.
