Federico Chiesa has issued a cryptic update on his Juventus future after recent reports linking the Italian winger with a move to Liverpool.
Speaking to CalcioMercato, the 25-year-old spoke about what could happen this summer amid rumours that Jurgen Klopp’s side are interested in signing Chiesa, who could be sold by Juventus in an attempt to raise some much-needed funds.
Chiesa said: “I’m happy with how I finished, it was a really difficult year for me. Now I’m only thinking about the holidays, then from next season I’ll start preparing already from the summer training camp. Regarding my future? We’ll see, I’m at Juventus and I’m thinking about Juventus.”

CalcioMercatoWeb recently reported that Liverpool are preparing a bid for the Juventus attacker, who could allow Chiesa to leave if an offer of €50m (£44m) is made for the former ACF Fiorentina man. And these latest comments could add some fuel to the fire.
Indeed, whilst Liverpool are in no rush to add to their forward line this summer, Chiesa could be too good an option to pass up on. And the winger’s recent interview with the Italian press could inspire the Reds to make a big push to bring the 25-year-old to Anfield.
Liverpool should take a gamble on signing Chiesa this summer

Chiesa is one of the best wingers in Europe when fit and firing, and with Liverpool hardly in the market for another wide-attacker, the Juventus star could be worth the risk if the Reds are looking to make a gamble this summer in the market.
Only 25 and fully recovered from his year-long injury, Chiesa has all the hallmarks of becoming a superstar for Liverpool in the years to come. And supporters would be open to a transfer even if attack is the only position the Reds firmly don’t need any new additions in this summer.
