French football expert Julien Laurens has detailed what Kylian Mbappe thinks of a move to Liverpool, with the PSG star believed to be open on joining the Premier League.

Speaking on TalkSport, the pundit revealed that Liverpool have always been the favoured side of Mbappe in regards to signing for a Premier League side, with the Reds often linked with the 24-year-old French international despite how unlikely a move would be.

Reports have emerged in recent days that Mbappe could leave PSG this summer, with Marca claiming that Liverpool are one of two sides who have a realistic chance of signing the footballing superstar, even with the Anfield side unable to financially afford the striker.

Indeed, Mbappe to Liverpool feels like an impossible signing. Yet with the player himself seemingly a huge fan of the Reds, there could be some truth in reports that the Anfield side have a real chance at signing the PSG superstar one day in the future.

Laurens said on Mbappe’s stance on Liverpool: “I think the Premier League has always been really attractive for him. City, of course, don’t really need him. But there was a time when Liverpool and Klopp was really really keen and he was saying himself how good the Liverpool regime was, so that’s an option.”
