Former Liverpool striker Divock Origi reportedly wants a return to the Premier League this summer just one year after leaving Anfield for a move to AC Milan.
According to Corriere dello Sport via Football Italia, the Belgian international only has his eyes set on England despite offers already from Turkish clubs as Origi plans to leave Milan after just one season, with the 28-year-old failing to make much of an impact.
Origi left Liverpool as a free agent last season as a bonafide cult hero after his iconic UEFA Champions League performances in 2019 against FC Barcelona and Tottenham, and the attacker could now soon be back in the Premier League if the striker gets his wish.

The forward has endured a difficult year in Lombardy that has seen Origi be booed by his own supporters, with the former LOSC Lille star only scoring two goals in all competitions for Milan, a return that has seen the Rossoneri already put the Belgian up for sale.
Indeed, Liverpool fans were desperate for Origi to succeed in Italy having moved to Milan last summer, yet with the attacker now keen on a return to the Premier League, supporters could now face the real prospect of seeing the Anfield icon turn out against the Reds next season.
Origi signing for a Premier League club could be a win-win situation

Origi’s time with Milan could not have gone any worse had the attacker tried, and with the forward himself now ready to return to England, a move this summer could be the ideal outcome for all parties involved, much to Liverpool’s dismay.
The Belgian is at the peak of his powers, and with Origi showing during his time with Liverpool that he can deliver in the Premier League, interest should be there for the 28-year-old striker, who could also be sold for cheap by Milan in an attempt to get him off the books for good.
