Bayern Munich reportedly want €60m (£53m) if they’re to sell Joshua Kimmich this summer, with Liverpool interested in the Germany international.
According to Marca, the 28-year-old is a target for the Reds, alongside FC Barcelona and Arsenal, yet Bayern have already set their stool out early over selling Kimmich, with the Bavarian giants demanding at least £53m for their midfield general.
Lauded by former Bayern manager Julian Nagelsmann as a player who is ‘world-class’ in two positions, Kimmich is easily one of the best midfielders in football as well as a talent who has thrived at right-back in certain years for club and country.

With seven goals and 11 assists in all competitions this season, Kimmich potentially being made available for just £53m could be an alluring prospect for Liverpool, who could add the midfielder to fill in two key positions for the Reds next year.
As we know, Trent Alexander-Arnold’s push into the midfield has left a potential vacancy available in the right-back role, and few players in the world will be as good as Kimmich in filling in that position, though striking a deal could be a challenge for Liverpool.
Europa League finish could already end Liverpool’s hopes of landing Kimmich

Kimmich is without question one of the best players in world football, and whilst the prospect of the midfielder leaving Bayern feels unlikely, Liverpool’s chances of bringing the 28-year-old to Anfield already feel improbable based on their imminent UEFA Europa League finish.
With Manchester United needing just one point and Jurgen Klopp himself admitting that Liverpool will be in Europe’s second-rate club competition next season, Kimmich swapping Bayern and the UEFA Champions League for Anfield seems unlikely with the midfielder at the peak of his powers.
