Declan Rice has been tipped to leave West Ham this summer amid growing reports that Liverpool are interested in signing the England international.
Speaking on TalkSport, former Irons defender James Collins gave his view on whether Rice will still be at the east London side next season, with the 24-year-old heavily linked with an exit from West Ham amid rumours of interest from the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool.
The Reds are keen to spend big on central midfielders this summer, with the £120m-rated Rice a target for Jurgen Klopp’s side alongside Alexis Mac Allister and Mason Mount. And Collins has now tipped the West Ham star to leave the London Stadium in the summer.

Collins said when asked about Rice’s future and what could happen this summer: “It looks like Declan’s going to go. From knowing the lad and being a West Ham supporter it’s probably the right time for him to go.
“As long as the club can get it done when it suits Declan and it suits the club and David Moyes is given the money, he’s been an incredible servant to West Ham. I think for both the club and Declan, if the right move comes about, it looks like he’ll go.”
Rice leaving West Ham feels like a banker this summer

With transfer interest from Liverpool building, Rice leaving West Ham feels like a sure-fire bet this summer, though whether or not the midfielder ends up at Anfield is another question entirely. Especially with Arsenal firmly in the mix for the England superstar.
Indeed, the 24-year-old has been strongly linked with the Emirates Stadium side ahead of the summer window opening, and with a West Ham icon in Collins now sounding the alarm for Rice to leave, Liverpool should be on their guard to any potential movement.
