Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was left completely stunned after what Andy Robertson did against Manchester City on Saturday.
As per the Daily Mail, the German was astounded by the Reds’s defensive performance at the Etihad.
He was particularly dumbfounded by a moment of madness from his left-back, which ultimately led to the Sky Blues’s opening goal.

Standing on the edge of his technical area, Klopp could not believe it when the 29-year-old tried to pinch a ball out of position, leaving their left side exposed – subsequently opening up for Julian Alvarez’s resulting goal.
The Scotsman wasn’t the only player culpable of doing this, however. Trent Alexander-Arnold was nowhere to be seen when Kevin de Bruyne slotted home City’s second.
Klopp left stunned by Robertson
This has started to become a theme with Robertson over the last season or so.
The Scotland international is always looking to win the ball back for his side, bombing up and down the wing as the absolute workhorse he is.
However, he has started to do this in vulnerable positions.
The full-back often pushes far too high on his own, leaving Virgil van Dijk exposed at left centre-back.

This is something Alexander-Arnold has received an awful lot of criticism for, but it has gone somewhat unnoticed in Robertson’s game.
It’s all well and good pushing to win the ball, but there has to be a realistic chance of success. Furthermore, a midfielder needs to be covering your position when you go forward.
This constant press by the full-backs may be better suited to a back-five; a formation which Klopp could perhaps explore over the coming weeks.
