Real Madrid plan to watch Liverpool man very closely tomorrow, they might try and get him

How Liverpool do against Real Madrid tomorrow could determine whether the Spanish club attempt to hire Jurgen Klopp.

Madrid could be on the lookout for a new manager in the near future, with Carlo Ancelotti under a little pressure. And according to Real-centred outlet Defensa Central, Klopp could be one of the candidates to replace him.

However, they claim that the reality of that could ‘depend directly’ on Liverpool’s performance at the Santiago Bernabeu. What Klopp and his team show will reportedly be ‘decisive’ in Florentino Perez assessing his suitability for the Madrid hot-seat.

For his part, our Jurgen is said to ‘know’ this, and as a result is very keen to make a good impression on Perez.

Let’s hope the Madrid bosses are left in doubt as to how good Klopp is as a manager. But there’s no way they’re prising him away from Anfield.

Klopp looking to give Madrid their answer

If Perez and his cronies need any more proof of what a good manager Klopp is, then they’re in the wrong business. All ends up, the German is one of the best around. He’s shown that beyond doubt so many times over.

But such is the opinion that Madrid hold themselves in, you can believe that they believe they need even more evidence. In their own minds, perhaps a manager isn’t truly great until he’s shown it in their backyard.

Codswallop though that is, how good would it be to see Jurgen hand them their proof tomorrow night?

Get Liverpool through on the back off a 5-2 first-leg home defeat, and it may just be the greatest turnaround in Champions League history.

Of course, it’s a massive long-shot, everyone knows that. But if there’s one team and one coach who you believe can do these things – it’s Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp.

There’s every chance that Madrid do try their luck and bring Klopp to the Bernabeu when they inevitably sack Ancelotti. But there are some folk in football who they can’t lure in with their riches and their glory. We’re lucky that our boss is one of them. Go show them what they’ll never have, Jurgen.
