Reds legend Jamie Carragher has shared what he spotted Liverpool fans doing when Diogo Jota made his return from injury after coming off the bench against Everton tonight.
Speaking on commentary for Sky Sports, the former centre-back was in awe of the 26-year-old’s welcome as he made his first appearance for the Merseyside outfit since October.
“You hear the cheer for Jota and you see him coming back, Firmino on the bench, Van Dijk on the bench,” Carragher said.
“It certainly does well. That will make a huge difference in the second half of the season.”

The Portugal international has been sidelined due to a serious calf issue which he sustained whilst playing against Manchester City.
He subsequently missed the entirety of the World Cup.
Jota makes return from injury
Jota made his much-awaited return tonight as Liverpool swept the Blues away with an emphatic performance.
The Reds secured their win thanks to goals from Mohamed Salah and Cody Gakpo, with the side now moving up to ninth place in the Premier League table.
After a fantastic display from Darwin Nunez, Jota came on as a substitute for the final 20 minutes, earning huge applause as he graced the Anfield pitch.

Prior to his injury, the Portuguese attacker was one of Liverpool’s best players this season.
His injury came as a massive blow to Jurgen Klopp, as his absence came at the same time as Luis Diaz’s long-term injury.
Now he’s back fully fit, Jota will play a crucial part for the Reds during the remainder of the campaign, where the side will try to reduce the points deficit as much as possible.
