Crystal Palace midfielder and Reds fan Will Hughes was captured making an amusing Liverpool gesture towards Manchester United fans after getting Casemiro sent off yesterday.
The Eagles player was involved in an altercation with the Red Devils star halfway through the second half of their Premier League clash on Saturday.
The former Real Madrid man was shown a straight red after VAR spotted the moment he put his hands around Hughes’ neck, as shown by the video relayed by LFC Transfer Room on Twitter.

The 27-year-old was amused by Casemiro’s sending off, and having received stick from United fans for his handball which led to Bruno Fernandes’ penalty, he decided to retaliate.
The Palace midfielder, who’s a big Liverpool fan, gestured a number six towards the home supporters at Old Trafford.
This was in reference to the number of Champions League trophies the Merseyside outfit have won – as United have won just three.
Hughes makes amusing Liverpool gesture to United fans
It’s always great to see players getting under the Red Devils’ skin.
That rivalry between the Premier League’s two biggest teams no longer seems as despicable as it once was, so it’s always amusing to see United fans being put back in their place.
However, at the moment, Liverpool don’t have much to be screaming about.
The Reds currently sit tenth in the division, having had a disastrous season thus far.

United, on the other hand, are third – 13 points ahead of Jurgen Klopp’s side.
The Red Devils hardly look like world beaters, but Liverpool look like they’re going to lose every week at the moment.
Therefore, while this is a funny move from Hughes, we, as Reds fans, are somewhat limited in our arguments this term.
