Liverpool are interested in signing Montpellier striker Elye Wahi, according to Foot Mercato.
As per the report, the 20-year-old is accumulating attention from across Europe.
While Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly watched him recently, Arsenal, Manchester City, Juventus and the Reds are believed to be keen on the youngster.

Under contract with the Ligue 1 outfit until the summer of 2025, it is unlikely the U21 France international will make a move before the transfer window closes on Tuesday.
However, it is believed Montpellier value Wahi at just £26m, meaning a bargain signing could be made in the summer.
Liverpool interested in Wahi
In 18 Ligue 1 games this season, the centre-forward has managed to bag seven goals.
This follows an impressive season in the French top-flight last term, during which he scored ten times in 33 league matches.
With some of the talent that has emerged from France in recent years, it is incredible to note that Wahi became just the second player in the last 40 years to score 20 Ligue 1 goals before turning 20 years old. The only other player to do so was Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe.
While the Montpellier gem isn’t expected to reach the heights of the 24-year-old, he most certainly has an incredibly bright future ahead of him.

However, looking at Liverpool’s current squad, attackers are not the priority.
Instead, the club should be looking to complete an overhaul of the midfield.
If they have the finances to bring Wahi in as well, then this should definitely be explored.
But if they don’t have any money left after making the much-needed midfield signings, then this transfer remains an unlikely proposition.
