Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed the Reds won’t be signing any new players before Tuesday’s transfer deadline.
Speaking with BeIN Sports after his side’s 2-1 FA Cup loss, the German boss dropped a worrying claim about the January window.
When asked whether the Merseyside outfit will enter the transfer market to fix their issues, Klopp denied the possibility.
“No, nothing will happen in this transfer window,” he said.
“That’s all. It’s all good.”

At this point, we’re not sure what is influencing Klopp’s view on additions and Liverpool’s ability to make transfers.
It is extremely evident the Reds need new players to revamp the squad.
There are issues all over the pitch, and the lack of quality depth on the bench is a huge worry.
When the likes of Jordan Henderson and Fabinho came on as subs today, Liverpool looked worse off for it.
This is a major problem, as they cannot reply on 18-year-old Stefan Bajcetic to play week-in, week-out – it’s just not sustainable.
It’s rather likely that Fenway Sports Group aren’t willing to provide Klopp with the budget he needs.
They may be waiting for the takeover to come round, so the new owners are the ones responsible for the rebuild.
Either way, Liverpool are in a dire situation right now. The obvious solution would be to make a couple of signings before Tuesday, but Klopp says that isn’t going to happen.
