Former Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo almost just caused a major upset in the FA Cup.
In Cardiff City’s third-round clash against Leeds United, Jaden Philogene opened the scoring for the Bluebirds in the 24th minute.
Just seven minutes later, Ojo doubled his side’s lead, sending Mark Hudson’s men 2-0 up at half-time.
However, the Whites pulled off a drastic comeback. After substitute Rodrigo bagged in the 65th minute, Sonny Perkins painstakingly levelled the scoring in the 93rd minute.

Cardiff, who are 20th in the Championship table and are also the league’s lowest scorers, will now have to face the Premier League side in a replay.
After spending 11 years on Merseyside, Ojo left the Reds last summer when he was released by the club. He consequently signed for the Welsh club on a three-year deal.
Ojo was a big prospect
When Jurgen Klopp arrived at the club in 2015, Ojo spent a promising amount of time in the first team.
Having spent the first half of the 2015/16 season on loan in the Championship with Wolves, the youngster made eight Premier League appearances during the second half of the campaign. This even included a start, having also impressed by scoring in the FA Cup.
However, numerous loan spells to the likes of Fulham, Reims and Rangers saw the prospect fall out of contention at Anfield.

Therefore, after 11 years with the club, Ojo eventually left Liverpool after being released upon the expiry of his contract.
Whilst it was a real shame to see the winger leave, it’s great to see a former Red succeeding elsewhere.
Hopefully the 25-year-old can impress once again as Cardiff face Leeds in their FA Cup replay.
