Kostas Tsimikas has been partying with Liverpool teammate Harvey Elliott whilst away on holiday.
Posting on his Instagram stories yesterday, Tsimikas shared the clip of he and Elliott dancing to Dua Lipa’s ‘One Kiss.’
As the 19-year-old boogies in the background, Kostas shows off his singing skills to the camera.
With no World Cup to go to, the Liverpool players are currently on a mini mid-season break. Not due to meet up for a Dubai training camp until December, it’s good to see them letting their hair down.
Liverpool players dance away the World Cup blues
Given the decent-sized age gap between these two players, we wouldn’t automatically put them together as close friends.
Having said that, everyone loves Tsimikas. He seems to have the ability to get on well with all members of the squad, no matter their age or background.
He’ll have been disappointed not to have made it to the World Cup with Greece, and he isn’t a Liverpool player in desperate need of a rest. Still, a break will do him good as he aims to take more playing time from Andy Robertson.
Elliott, meanwhile, was perhaps a little closer to going to Qatar. His form for Liverpool is surely bound to earn him recognition with England very soon.
The tournament this winter maybe just came a little too soon for him to make a proper case, though.
As a result, both these players find themselves at a loose end. Why not sing along to a song that has become synonymous with Liverpool recently.
The tune has become something of an anthem in certain sections of the Liverpool fan base. This has led to some of the Reds squad memorably singing it at various points over the last years.
Enjoy lads, just go easy on the whiskeys!
