Jordan Henderson was seen fuming at Darwin Nunez after the forward was robbed in possession after coming on against Fulham.
According to BT Sport commentator Steve McManaman, the £20m Liverpool captain was furious with Nunez for losing the ball.
“Jordan Henderson has just given Darwin Nunez both barrels,” chuckled McManaman as Fulham prepared for a corner.
It was a hectic introduction for the Uruguayan on his Premier League debut. After failing to get into the pace of the game, he allowed a Fulham player to sneak in-front of him to reach the ball in the 57th minute. Seven minutes later he was on the scoresheet. Football eh.

Up and down introduction for Darwin
What an introduction to Premier League football for Darwin Nunez. He looked sluggish entering the pitch, but to be fair the whole Liverpool team were.
At the point of Henderson’s fury, it looked as though Fulham could easily score a second at any time.
But after several minutes, it was clear that his introduction had had the desired effect. The 23-year-old is simply a magnet for the ball in the box. He’s an agent of chaos.

Perhaps the little word from Henderson just gave him the kick up the behind he needed to get going. Nunez is a player who plays with his heart on his sleeve and maybe he just needed a moment to settle in.
Unfortunately for Liverpool, Fulham were soon back on top. A slightly questionable penalty decision going against them allowing Aleksandar Mitrovic to score a second of the game.
Having got used to the pace of the game, they’ll be looking for Nunez to turn up big for them once again.
