Liverpool defender Neco Williams has earned some rave reviews from Fulham boss Marco Silva after a 1-0 win over Hull City at the weekend.
The Cottagers went six points clear at the summit of the Championship. Williams showcased his quality by setting up the winner for Aleksandar Mitrovic.
The youngster was allowed to move to Fulham on loan during the January transfer window, with first-team chances restricted at Liverpool.
Williams has settled in nicely at Fulham. The 20-year-old has now played three times for the club in all competitions, registering assists in two of those outings.

The future could be bright for Williams at Liverpool. Right now, however, he is behind Trent Alexander-Arnold, meaning his game time is somewhat restricted.
Silva has been pleased with his form. After Saturday’s assist for Mitrovic to score, he was praised by his new boss.
He told The Athletic: “He’s had maybe 11 days with us and has already played three games in a row.
“But, he’s a clever boy with quality and the right mindset to learn. That’s really important.
“We knew the way he plays the offensive part of the game, with our philosophy, will help us. I didn’t have doubts about that.”
Development: Williams should return to Liverpool a stronger player
The youngster will get plenty of chances to star for Fulham between now and the end of the season and that will do him the world of good.
Being honest, Williams has been handed a decent hand. The Cottagers are the best outfit in the Championship and are well on course for promotion.
As a result, he will be playing for a team where confidence is sky high and that should aid his development.

Williams has made 33 appearances for the Reds during his career. Typically, he’s been an understudy to Alexander-Arnold and this loan gives him a real chance to prove himself.
The 17-cap defender will fancy a crack at playing for Liverpool on a regular basis at some point in the future.
For now, he’s got to get more games under his belt and it would appear as though Fulham boss Silva is buzzing with his latest loan recruit.
