Jurgen Klopp had fans singing his praises with a post-match gesture after Liverpool won 3-1 vs Crystal Palace. They couldn’t love the boss more.

Liverpool fans who saw the team bus off after the win vs Crystal Palace got a nice surprise on Sunday. Just as it appeared all was done, Jurgen Klopp stepped back off to hand some beers to supporters.

Liverpool fans love Jurgen Klopp

Unsurprisingly, fans online absolutely loved it, saying they couldn’t possibly love the man more for his gesture.

Liverpool win 3-1 vs Crystal Palace

Liverpool and Klopp certainly had something to celebrate – we can’t imagine those were the only beers on that bus. The Reds left Selhurst Park with a vital three points, after all, on a weekend that saw them reclaim ground in the title race.

Early goals from Virgil van Dijk and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain put Liverpool 2-0 up at half-time. The final 10 minutes of the first half offered a warning, however, as the team lost control over Palace. That opening 35 had been incredible, after all, with Liverpool dominating entirely and creating chances.

But then tiredness set in. Palace came into the game more and more, particularly in the second half, and were unlucky not to get a share of the points. They did pull one back but a controversial penalty decision sealed the points for Liverpool.

Klopp will be happy with that, then. His side overcome a shaky performance on a difficult ground, pulling Manchester City to within nine points. The Reds do hold a game in hand, however, that may cut the lead to six.

A few more weekends like this, then, and Klopp won’t be so quick to share those beers.
