Liverpool hope to secure a £10m transfer for Kacper Kozlowski, according to reports. The Polish midfielder became a record-breaker this summer.
This comes from Polish outlet Super Express. They claim there’s a battle coming up for 18-year-old Polish international Kacper Kozlowski.
There are a few teams looking at the player, with Brighton readying an £8m offer to sign the youngster. Liverpool, however, have a £10m bid in mind – one that could be enough to sign Kozlowski.
Kozlowski is an up-and-coming talent in European football, despite only playing in the Polish Esktraklasa. The player’s efforts for Pogon Szczecin at just 17 were enough to get him into Poland’s national team for Euro 2020, however.
An appearance at the tournament made Kozlowski the youngest footballer to ever appear at a European Championship – breaking Jude Bellingham’s record set just a few days prior. That certainly suggests he’s a talent.
And he could be one that Liverpool make a big push for.

It’s an easy one to make sense of. Kozlowski only turned 18 in November but is pushing through his second season of senior football. Throw in his caps for Poland’s national team and you’ve got a wildly experienced teenager.
Yes, Polish football isn’t the top tier in Europe but it’s a high enough level that Kozlowski’s efforts should raise eyebrows. Especially for a Liverpool team that’s already putting together a wonderful selection of young talents.
If Kozlowski continues on this path, it’s easy to see how he fits alongside the likes of Harvey Elliott or Tyler Morton in a bright future for the club. One to watch for Liverpool, then, certainly.
