Who is Aurelian Tchouameni?
21-year-old Aurelian Tchouameni is one of the most exciting midfielders in France.
The Monaco star has been described by Cesc Fabregas as having the potential to be ‘the complete midfielder’.
The holding midfielder began his career at Bordeaux, coming through the youth ranks and making his debut at 18-years-old.
Last season he turned out 36 times in Ligue 1 for Monaco, scoring two and assisting three.
His impressive performances earned him a loft 7.16 WhoScored rating for the season.
This comes as no surprise given that he was named Man of the Match on eight occasions last term.
Liverpool interest in Aurelien Tchouameni
Naturally, his ability hasn’t gone unnoticed.
According to reports in Italy we could see him on the move again this summer.
Corriere Dello Sport has claimed that Liverpool are considering a move for Aurelien Tchouameni.
The Reds would allegedly have to cough up around £25.5m for the youngster.
In addition to the fee the Reds would also have to beat competition from Juventus.
