Liverpool are in need of transfer funds. As ever, this summer will see the Reds sell before they buy. Jürgen Klopp will be glad to hear that Michael Edwards is in full swing when it comes to bringing in the necessary cash. Twitter has reacted to Harry Wilson signing for Fulham.
The Liverpool squad is full of fringe players heading for the exit door.
Thus far we’ve seen Marko Grujic and Taiwo Awoniyi head out.
Whilst Liam Millar has secured a permanent move to Basel.
We don’t expect the Reds to stop there either.
Xherdan Shaqiri will surely be on his way out with at least four clubs circling the Swiss international.
Meanwhile, Divock Origi could be another to leave having not provided effective competition in recent years.
Contrastingly, Nat Phillips and Neco Williams could be on the move in pursuit of first team football despite the Reds keeping the duo in an ideal world.
Liverpool sell Harry Wilson to Fulham
In the past few days we’ve seen the permanent exit of an academy graduate.
Harry Wilson has signed for Fulham after nearly 16 years with the Reds.
The Championship side have secured the winger in a £12m deal which includes a 15% sell-on clause.
The Welshman will be hoping to make a name for himself at Craven Cottage having persistently impressed in the second tier both with Derby County and Cardiff City.
