Liverpool should be after a midfielder this summer. The Reds need to a sign a middle man due to the impending departure of a key player. Reported Liverpool target Lorenzo Pellegrini has made his stance on a move clear according to reports in Italy.

Man light in the middle
Gini Wijnaldum leaves Liverpool this summer after five years of service.
During these five years the Dutchman established himself as a modern day icon.
He netted some vitally important goals, including a double in that game against Barcelona.
However, he will be best remembered for his reliability and his industry.
Gini Wijnaldum will join PSG on a free. Consequently there has been plenty of talk about a successor.
Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain can’t deliver the same reliability as the Dutchman. A replacement would need to come from outside the club.
Liverpool target Lorenzo Pellegrini update
Jürgen Klopp has been linked with plenty of midfielders in recent weeks.
Calciomercato claimed that Liverpool are happy to pay £26m to land Lorenzo Pellegrini.
The Roma captain is entering the final year of his contract in the Italian capital and could be available for a bargain fee as a result.
However, Jose Mourinho project has convinced the midfielder to stay according to Corriere Dello Sport.
Furthermore, Pellegrini allegedly wants to emulate the dedication of club legend Francesco Totti.
What RTK has to say
We aren’t heartbroken about this one.
Liverpool not signing Lorenzo Pellegrini would be no disaster.
The Reds haven’t had much luck with Italian players of late with Fabio Borini, Mario Balotelli and Alberto Aquilani all struggling.
