Since arriving at Liverpool we’ve seen Jürgen Klopp do the best with what he’s been given. He gets the best out of players, he transforms them. Real Madrid are looking to move on their Serbian striker. Liverpool could make Luka Jovic the latest Jürgen Klopp success story.
Who is Luka Jovic?
In 2019 Real Madrid broke the bank to sign Luka Jovic from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Serbian striker cost the Spanish giants a whopping £52.4m following an impressive season in the German Bundesliga.
Then 21-years-old he was showing great promise at Frankfurt.
For instance he’d netted 17 goals and bagged five assists across 25 starts and seven sub appearances in the 2018/19 campaign.

However, his move to Spain didn’t work out and he’s since found himself loaned back to Frankfurt.
He managed just four starts and 13 showings from the bench in his first season at Madrid, netting just twice.
Liverpool could consider Luka Jovic
The Reds have a reputation for sniffing out a bargain.
Michael Edwards is a thrifty customer and he’s often found rummaging around the bargain bin of the transfer market.
AS in Spain has reported that Real Madrid are looking to offload the Serbian striker.
Liverpool could consider a move for Luka Jovic if the price is right.
Before his move to Spain he was linked with the Reds, Bild reported on Michael Edwards’ interest.
Jürgen Klopp success story?
The gaffer loves a fixer upper. He consistently proves people wrong about his players.
When the Reds signed Andy Robertson and Mo Salah there were questions asked of each move.
Mo Salah had famously flopped at Chelsea. Not to worry, Jürgen Klopp made him a record breaking forward.
Luka Jovic is still just 23-years-old, he hasn’t lost it and he isn’t past it.
Jürgen Klopp could help the Serbian find his lethal touch again. If Madrid are letting him go on the cheap then he could be a budget solution to our attacking problems.
