Liverpool fixture list

Liverpool have learned their fixtures for the 2021/22 season.

The Reds take on the newly promoted Canaries on the opening day of the campaign, visiting Carrow Road on the 14th of August.

Jürgen Klopp’s first home game is against Burnley. The first top six game is the third of the season with Chelsea visiting Anfield.

The Reds close the season at home to Wolves.

Liverpool v Norwich history

Nobody has ever had a better Premier League season than Luis Suarez had in 2013/14.

The Uruguayan netted 31 goals and assisted 12 in 33 appearances.

Throughout his three and a half seasons in England he enjoyed great success against one team in particular.

Luis Suarez defines Liverpool v Norwich. He just couldn’t stop scoring against the East Anglian team.

He netted three hat-tricks against the side (even hitting four in one encounter) and he netted once against them on two occasions. A stunning 12 goals.

Everyone of these goals was superb. A personal favourite is his first of four against the Canaries in December 2013.

Liverpool v Norwich 2021/22

As Liverpool take on Norwich at the start of the 2021/22 season there will be plenty of Kopites missing the mercurial striker.

There will be plenty of home fans made up that we haven’t re-signed him.

Perhaps it’s Mo Salah’s turn to devastate the opposition.

Or we could just bring Luis back for one game.
