Raphinha, Coutinho and Tielemans: The signings Liverpool could make this summer

Hampshire Live has claimed Southampton want Neco Williams on loan this summer.

The Saints are also looking at Manchester United’s Brandon Williams.

The report states that Neco would be brought into backup Kyle Walker-Peters and the incoming Romain Perraud.

What RTK has to say

There is no point in letting Southampton take Neco on loan if he’s only going to be a backup.

The Reds have to get the Welshman some regular first team action if he’s going out on loan.

There is also the consideration that we’d then need to sign a replacement for the youngster.

Liverpool signing the Albanian would provide cover on both flanks and allow Neco to go and play regularly elsewhere.
