Liverpool are in dire need of a striker and one man tops every Kopite’s list. The Reds signing France’s boy wonder may be a pipedream but we’ll still pounce on every crumb of hope. Reported Liverpool target Kylian Mbappe has questioned whether PSG is the right place for him.

Liverpool target Kylian Mbappe
A transfer saga old as time.
Liverpool have been linked with Kylian Mbappe every summer since he burst onto the scene at Monaco.
He has since gone on to dominate the French Ligue 1 with PSG.
The 22-year-old netted an incredible 27 goals for the Parisians this term.
ESPN is one of a number of outlets to report on the Reds interest in the Frenchman.
However, Real Madrid provide Liverpool with stiff competition.
Kylian Mbappe on PSG future
This summer will see Mbappe enter the final year of his contract at PSG.
Should the youngster refuse to sign a new deal then clubs can approach him for a free transfer in January 2022.
At the moment there’s plenty of speculation surrounding his future and he’s poured yet more fuel on the fire. Mbappe told France Football (via Fabrizio Romano):
“I have to make the right decision, which is difficult, and give myself every chance to decide well. I am in a place where I like myself, feel good. But is it the best place for me? I don’t have the answer yet.”
What RTK has to say
Our only chance of Liverpool landing Kylian Mbappe is on a free transfer.
The youngster questioning his future therefore bodes well for us.
If he isn’t convinced of PSG at the moment then he could well run down his contract.
Do it Kylian, come to Anfield for nothing.
