Liverpool secured Champions League football today with a win over Crystal Palace. The Reds were dominant throughout and were good value for their 2-0 win, if anything it should’ve been more. Here are our Liverpool player ratings v Crystal Palace:

The Brazilian didn’t have much to do and he did his job without fuss. A typically professional performance.
Trent Alexander-Arnold – 8
The Scouser in our team never lets us down on the big occasions, another big performance.
Nat Phillips – 9
The Bolton Baresi just had to cut his head open didn’t he. Just loves a header. We’ll ignore that Townsend incident in the first half.
Rhys Williams – 8
The youngster should’ve put us ahead early on but we’ll forgive him that for a strong, bloodied performance.
Andy Robertson – 8
Andy Robbo was electric as ever, never stopping and terrifying the Crystal Palace right.
Gini Wijnaldum – 10
The Dutchman gets a 10 because I don’t know how I’ll cope without him. Miss you already Gini, it’s not too late lad. Heartbroken.
Thiago – 9
The Spaniard is just a maestro mate, dominates the midfield and just oozes class.
Fabinho – 8
Fabby didn’t do much wrong today at all, consistent as ever.
Sadio Mane – 9.5
The Senegal star netted two of the most important goals of his career today. Nice one Sadio.
Mo Salah – 8
Mo missed out on the Golden Boot but he was electric today, so alive.
Roberto Firmino – 8
The Brazilian was sharp and nimble and used the ball well throughout.
