Striker needed urgently
The front three have, for the most part, been rubbish since December.
The Reds have slid down the table with the side unable to score more than a goal in a lot of games.
The decline in attacking output has left us scrambling for a top four finish.
Signing a striker appears to be a priority for the Reds with plenty of journalists predicting a swoop for a forward.
Liverpool want Lautaro Martinez
The Reds have been linked with plenty of strikers in recent weeks and months.
The club are thought to be leading the race for Donyell Malen at PSV.
Whilst they’re also thought to be in contention for Patson Daka’s signature.
90Min have now reported that Liverpool are interested in Lautaro Martinez.
The Reds have allegedly asked to be kept up to date with the striker’s stiuation.
This is because Inter Milan are said to be considering selling a star player or two to deal with financial struggles.
Chelsea and Manchester City are also thought to be in contention for the player’s signature.
Given the fiscal concerns with the club the player is believed to be available for less than £70m.
Interest in his signature is understandable given his impressive 16 goals and five assists during Inter’s title winning campaign.
