Who is Kamaldeen Sulemana?

19-year-old winger Kamaldeen Sulemana plays on the flank for Danish side FC Nordsjælland.

The Ghanaian hot shot is comfortable on either wing and can also operate as a centre forward.

He was brought to the Danish club as part of the ongoing partnership with the African Right to Dream Academy.

The academy and club share an owner with the Danish side used as a shop window for the youth setup’s top talents.

There is thought to be quite a buzz about the winger.

According to The Mail, Liverpool sent a scout to watch Kamaldeen Sulemana this week.

Mads Jorgensen represented the Reds at the game as Sulemana netted his 10th goal of the season in a 2-2 draw with Copenhagen.

The report states that the winger is valued at around £12m.

However, the Reds are considered outsiders for his signature with Manchester United reportedly having opened negotiations with the Danish side.

What RTK has to say

The Reds have been linked with all and sundry in recent weeks.

We can’t really see Liverpool pursuing a deal for Kamaldeen Sulemana.

He’s not going to be at first team standard right away and we don’t exactly have £12m spare for a player who could well spend his first year in the academy.

This summer has to be about improving the first XI.
