Liverpool have this week betrayed their fans to an enormous extent. The Reds, along with 11 other clubs, have signed up to a European Super League. The decision has rocked football to its core. Gary Neville has said that he is disgusted with Liverpool and we totally agree with him.

Liverpool sign up to Super League
We are currently witnessing one of the most pivotal moments in footballing history.
The sport as we know it today in Europe is at a crossroads after 12 clubs declared their intention to breakaway into a European Super League.
The guilty parties are Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea, AC Milan, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Juventus and Real Madrid.
There is no telling where this will go. The competition is supposed to be instead of the Champions League and played alongside domestic leagues, though whether this could ever happen is up for debate.
Gary Neville slams Liverpool
Speaking on Sky Sports in the wake of reports that the Super League was set to be announced, Gary Neville took aim at Liverpool and Manchester United.
The Premier League icon was visibly livid, telling the channel:
“I’m disgusted with Manchester United and Liverpool the most. Liverpool say they’re the people’s club, ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’, the fans’ club.
“Manchester United, 100 years, born around workers around here, and they’re breaking into a league without competition, that they can’t be relegated from.
“It’s an absolute disgrace and we have to wrestle back the power in this country from the clubs at the top of this league and that includes my club.”
What RTK has to say
Gary Neville isn’t the only one disgusted with Liverpool.
We are embarrassed by the club’s actions. There is no defending this.
Sure, it may be a negotiating tactic but that is the best case scenario and even then it is still a disgraceful way to go about business.
FSG have gone one step too far here.
