Liverpool have been frankly dreadful in recent weeks and months. The Reds have been struggling for form since Christmas and this has led to the side’s worst home run in decades. Injuries at the back are the root of the issue, signings were made to address the problems. Some Liverpool fans think the Ben Davies signing was a mistake.

Liverpool’s poor run
The Reds have been suffering in recent weeks and months.
Jürgen Klopp’s side have been rubbish since Christmas.
We were top of the table as we tucked into our turkeys but since then we’ve slid into obscurity.
Injuries have caught up with the side as the boss is unable to pick the same team consistently.
The centre of defence has been by far the worst hit position with every senior pro ruled out until next season and even the backups of the backups dropping out.
We’ve chopped and changed the back four a ludicrous amount of times this term and it has led to pretty vulnerable displays.
Liverpool sign Ben Davies
In February the Reds made two deadline day signings.
The club had no choice after Joel Matip was ruled out until next season.
Ozan Kabak was brought in on loan from Schalke.
Liverpool also signed Ben Davies on a permanent deal from Preston North End.
Since signing for the Reds, Davies has been anonymous. He’s yet to make an appearance and he’s been ruled in and out with with injuries.
His lack of appearances is beginning to worry some Liverpool fans who are questioning the signing of Davies.
