A few names never seem far away from a link to the Reds.
Liverpool have yet again been linked with Kalidou Koulibaly at Napoli.
The Senegalese defender has been rumoured to be on the move in just about every transfer window for the past five years.
At 29-years-old he is in his prime but how much longer will that last?
He was thought to be close to a move to Man City last summer but the Citizens swooped for Ruben Dias instead, leaving Koulibaly to play out another season with Napoli.
German journalist Christian Falk confirmed Liverpool interest in Kalidou Koulibaly last week and some fans went into a meltdown.
