Mohamed Salah could leave Liverpool to chase a certain dream, according to reports. He has two clubs in mind.
This comes from Eurosport. They claim there’s a ‘very real feeling’ that Mohamed Salah wants a change of clubs.
He’s considering two – Real Madrid and Barcelona. Both are aware of his mindset but it remains to be seen if they’d move for him.
The report says that Salah, who’s on £220k-a-week at Liverpool, has a dream that pushes him towards an exit. The Egyptian wants to go down as the greatest African player of all time.

We certainly don’t begrudge Salah that dream and we understand if he’s worried about Liverpool as a result. The Reds may not qualify for the Champions League next year.
That’ll be a worry for Salah, who turns 29 this summer. He’s running out of time to accomplish this goal.
Because right now, he does fall short. You’d have George Weah and Samuel Eto’o above him, certainly, given all they achieved.
But a move to one of Real or Barca, followed by a few successful seasons, and Salah can probably make the claim. He’s been one of the best in the world over the last four years, after all.
It all comes down to one thing, though – does it benefit Liverpool to sell. The short answer is ‘no, almost certainly not’. But there’s an argument here.
If Liverpool want to introduce something new into their attack, someone has to make way. Salah undoubtedly makes that introduction the easiest as he’d command the biggest fee.
So if Liverpool did have someone in mind, selling the Egyptian makes some sense.
It’s just an enormous risk, given Salah is their best forward. He’s still the Premier League’s top scorer, even when not playing all that well.
Salah may have his dream and want to pursue it but the power is in Liverpool’s hands, here. He’ll only be able to chase that dream if they allow it.
Otherwise, Salah will have to try and accomplish it at Anfield.
