Liverpool are likely to have something of a clearout this summer. The Reds are in dire need of an overhaul after this season exposed the lack of quality in depth in the squad. One man who seems certain to depart is our workhorse in the middle. According to Le Parisien, PSG want Gini Wijnaldum.

Liverpool clear out
This season Jürgen Klopp has had to make do.
The boss has been forced into fielding sides we couldn’t have imagined seeing over the summer.
Midfielders have been dragged into the back line and the centre of the park has looked disjointed as a result.
A lack of quality in depth has been exposed and a clearout is needed.
We look certain to lose one man due to his expiring contract, the question is where will he go?
PSG want Gini Wijnaldum
All of the talk in the past year has been about Barcelona chasing our workhorse in the middle.
According to Le Parisien, PSG also want Gini Wijnaldum.
The outlet claims that Mauricio Pochettino is a big fan and would love to take the midfielder to the French capital.
He would face stiff competition given Barcelona’s persistent overtures and the Dutch connection to the Catalan side.
What RTK has to say
PSG signing Gini Wijnaldum wouldn’t be a disaster.
If he has to go anywhere let him go somewhere he can be of use to us.
First day through the door, straight up to Kylian Mbappe telling him how boss life is in Liverpool and why he shouldn’t pass up the chance to work with Jürgen Klopp.
