Liverpool have been in poor form of late. The Reds are without a win in their last four league games. Despite the tough run of form some players are still doing themselves justice, the goalkeeper in particular. Speaking on Sky Sports, Jamie Carragher heaped praise on Alisson Becker for his saves against Man United.

Liverpool draw with Man United
This weekend Jürgen Klopp’s men had the chance to reclaim top spot in the Premier League.
The Reds welcomed the old enemy Manchester United to Anfield with a win enough to send Liverpool into first if only on goal difference.
Inevitably, the game ended in a draw.
The hosts had an impressive first half but one which lacked any killer instinct.
Kopites will never shut up about Paul Tierney blowing for halftime as the Reds were through on goal.
The second half saw United with the better of the chances but our Holy Goalie spared our blushes.
Jamie Carragher on Alisson
Liverpool faced more threatening shots than they took themselves.
The Reds had a few scares in the second half but they came through unscathed.
In the 83rd minute Paul Pogba should’ve put the visitors ahead but the goalkeeper pulled out a terrific save.
Jamie Carragher was full of praise for Alisson Becker on Monday Night Football:
“He knows he’s going to have to be worked. In that moment, it’s don’t panic, get yourself set.
“That wide stance and it’s those things… I would imagine that doesn’t happen quickly, it’s going in slow motion in some ways.
“He is the best in the world, we said that in commentary.”
What RTK has to say
Liverpool are lucky to have their Holy Goalie.
Jamie Carragher is right in saying that Alisson Becker is the best in the world.
He spared our blushes by making difficult saves look easy.
Another goalkeeper in net that day and we would’ve seen our home record evaporate.
We just need our world class forwards to copy his form now.
