Liverpool batter Aston Villa

The Reds earned their spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup with a convincing win over Aston Villa.

It was a limp cup tie due to a COVID outbreak at the Villa training ground.

The hosts were forced to field a youthful side in order to contain the virus and get the fixture played.

The first half ended level but the Reds showed their class in the second period to waltz to a 4-1 victory at Villa Park.
