Liverpool lineup against Southampton tonight with the Reds itching to get back to winning ways. The Reds have been out of sorts of late and are without a win in their last two. Jürgen Klopp has made a bold team selection in an effort to remedy the situation. Here is the confirmed Liverpool lineup to face Southampton:

Goalkeeper: Alisson Becker
The Brazilian is the best goalkeeper in the world and he’s saved us from further embarrassment in the past couple of games.
Right back: Trent Alexander-Arnold
The Scouser hasn’t been at his best in recent games. He’s been returning from injury in a packed schedule, he’ll benefit from the presence of Thiago.
Centre back: Fabinho
The Brazilian has made the centre back role his own in recent months. He won’t be moving anytime soon.
Centre back: Jordan Henderson
The skipper drops into the back four alongside Fabby. A bold move from Jürgen Klopp.
Left back: Andy Robertson
Andy Robbo, published author, has been immense this season. His numbers are ridiculous and we expect them to keep getting better.
Centre midfield: Thiago
The Spaniard returns to the starting lineup for the first time since October. What a difference he’ll make.
Centre midfield: Gini Wijnaldum
The Dutchman is yet to sign that extension but as long as he keeps flying about the pitch that’s good enough for now.
Centre midfield: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
The ex-Southampton man makes his first start of the season. We’ve missed him dearly.
Right wing: Mo Salah
Mo Salah was incredibly wasteful last time out, we’ll be expecting a much more clinical performance this time around.
Left wing: Sadio Mane
Sadio’s work rate never drops but sometimes he lacks that spark which helps him change games, tonight should see the best of him.
Striker: Roberto Firmino
The Brazilian will benefit from Thiago being back in the fold, he’ll find him anywhere.
