Liverpool are always on the lookout for a bargain in the transfer market. The Reds have earned a reputation as savvy operators, finding value wherever they can. We could be in line for another nifty buy. According to AS in Spain, Liverpool are in contact with the Paulo Dybala entourage.
Paulo Dybala and Spurs
In the summer of 2019 Spurs apparently came very close to signing Paulo Dybala.
The Argentine was rumoured to be near an exit from Juventus, though that appears to be the case with him every year.
The North London side reportedly agreed a fee of £64.4m for the forward.
However, no such move materialised and the Juve man stayed put.
He went on to earn a WhoScored rating of 7.44 for his performances in the 2019/20 season.
Liverpool linked with Paulo Dybala
The Reds are always mentioned when a top player is thought to be on the move.
This time AS has claimed that Liverpool are interested in a move for Paulo Dybala.
The report states that PSG could turn their attention to the Argentine should they fail to land his countryman Lionel Messi.
AS believes that Liverpool have been in touch with the Paulo Dybala entourage to sound out a move.
According to the Spanish outlet, the forward is looking for a way out of Juventus having seen his opportunities limited under Andrea Pirlo.

Liverpool signing Paulo Dybala would make tremendous sense.
The Argentine would be the ideal replacement for Philippe Coutinho, a player we’re yet to find a substitute for.
Whilst the 27-year-old typically plays as a second striker for Juve, he has also been deployed as an attacking midfielder.
Should Jürgen Klopp return to the 4-2-3-1 then Liverpool could use Paulo Dybala in the 10 role.
There is also the consideration that he’d be available on the cheap given that his contract will be entering its final year this summer.
