Two Liverpool loan stars stole the show as Cardiff City beat Luton Town 4-0 on Saturday. The duo contributed to every single goal.
Cardiff City are in the unusual position of having two Liverpool loan players this season. Both Harry Wilson and Sheyi Ojo are there, with the two young wingers playing well.
They continued their good form on Saturday as Cardiff hosted Luton Town in the Championship. The Bluebirds ran out 4-0 winners with Wilson and Ojo contributing to every goal.
In fact, both Wilson and Ojo had an assist before the 10-minute mark as Cardiff raced out of the traps.
The carried through to a 2-0 half-time lead before Wilson got his second assist on the half-hour mark. Ojo then wrapped up a 4-0 win with a goal of his own on ’83 minutes.

What RTK has to say
Great to see. We don’t really know how much of a future each has at Liverpool but seeing them do well is nothing but positive.
Ojo now has three goals and two assists this season, with Wilson contributing two goals, two assists. It’s still early days, too, so both can start aiming for double-digit numbers by May.
And at the very least, that increases their value. There’s a very outside chance of Wilson making the first-team squad next season but in all likelihood, Liverpool will look to sell both.
Games like this, then, make that easier and more profitable. It’s unusual to see two loan stars at the same club but this seems to be working well.
The ultimate goal will be promotion to the Premier League, of course. Achieve that and Liverpool will answer a lot of calls next summer over both players’ future.
It’ll take work, though. Cardiff are down in 14th after 14 games. Only six points separate them from the Play-Offs – hopefully, Wilson and Ojo can help them make up the ground.
