Liverpool waltzed to victory on Sunday night. Jürgen Klopp was tipped to struggle against Brendan Rodgers’ Foxes but instead the visitors were brushed aside in a thoroughly impressive performance. One man stood out in particular for a lot of fans, Twitter has been drooling over Diogo Jota v Leicester City.

Liverpool brush aside Foxes
The Reds are now joint top of the table on points, only behind on goal difference.
It was a champions performance to put them joint top, to a man they were excellent.
Jonny Evans opened the scoring with an own goal from a corner after 21 minutes.
Shortly before half time Diogo Jota nodded home Liverpool’s second following 30 passes and a superlative cross from Andy Robertson.
After a bombardment of the visitor’s goal in the second half it was Roberto Firmino who netted the third, heading home after 86 minutes.
Diogo Jota v Leicester City
Diogo Jota was electric against Leicester City.
Once again the summer signing was terrifying the defence with his direct running and dribbling.
His movement was untrackable for the back three and his use of the ball was astute – he deserves more credit for the ball into Bobby for the ghost goal.
The Portuguese’s early goal meant that he became the first Liverpool to player to score in his first four home games for the Reds.
Twitter drooling
He’s being backed to continue his streak.
He deserves to have the fans there applauding him.
Fans want him to keep up his form.
Turns out we didn’t overpay..
Jota and Jones played well together didn’t they?
Timo who?
