Liverpool boss "one of two" being lined up to take over struggling manager

Liverpool appointing Jürgen Klopp will go down as one of the greatest moves the club has made in decades. The Reds have been transformed top to bottom since the German arrived. He has been so impressive in fact that he’s been linked with a move elsewhere. Reports in his homeland have claimed Jürgen Klopp is ‘one of two’ being lined up for the Germany job.

Jürgen at Liverpool

When Jürgen Klopp arrived at Anfield we were all pretty glum.

The Reds had recently come close to the Premier League title in 2013/14 but fell just short.

The season and a bit which followed led us to believe that that was going to be our last shot for a while.

Brendan Rodgers was sacked after a draw with Everton and Kopites were left wondering just how things were going to turn around.

Then Jürgen Norbert Klopp came with his mission of turning doubters into believers.

In the five years since he has been named the best coach in the world and has lifted the Premier League, Champions League and Club World Cup.

Jürgen Klopp Germany job

According to Augsburger Allgemeine, Jürgen Klopp is one of two dream candidates for the Germany job.

The Reds boss is listed as a potential successor to Joachim Low alongside Hansi Flick, the Bayern Munich gaffer.

The outlet says ‘there would be no better person to polish up the badly battered image’, praising the boss’ gregarious personality and exciting brand of football.

What RTK has to say

Let’s just hope Hansi Flick keeps impressing, or that Joachim Low turns things around.

We cannot lose the boss any time soon, Pep Lijnders isn’t quite ready to step up.

Thankfully, Raphael Honigstein has said that there is a less than zero chance of us losing the gaffer any time soon.

We’ll be cheering on Germany for the foreseeable future.
