Alisson – 8.5

Alisson is a real difference maker, he was superb once again today.

Joe Gomez – 7

The Englishman was unlucky to concede a penalty but was solid otherwise.

Jordan Henderson – 8.5

The skipper is one of the most underrated midfielders in the world. He makes it all tick.

Gini Wijnaldum – 6.5

Impressive for the most part but too often caught out on the ball.

Roberto Firmino – 5

Bobby didn’t show what we needed, he had a few bright moments but attacks broke down around him too often.

Mo Salah – 8

Mo had a typically solid game up top, netting his penalty without fuss.

Sadio Mane – 9

Sadio never fails to astound. What a footballer. Just electric.

Diogo Jota – 6.5

Jota didn’t impose himself on the game enough, though in his defence he should’ve been given Bobby Firmino’s berth through the middle.
