We’re unlikely to see the same team as against Ajax in midweek so here are three changes Jurgen Klopp could introduce v Sheffield United.
Jurgen Klopp will want back-to-back wins when Liverpool host Sheffield United on Saturday. The Reds saw off Ajax in midweek but need to get back to winning ways in the Premier League.
So here are three changes we think the boss might make.
Roberto Firmino is struggling, while Takumi Minamino looked bright when he came on against Ajax. It might be time to rest the Brazilian, then, and see what the £7m signing can do from the start in the False 9 role.
We think Minamino has a bright future there, while Firmino is starting to worry. Hopefully, this is a move that could benefit both players over the next couple of months.

We’ll have to see if Joel Matip is fit, of course, but starting him makes sense. Fabinho is playing a lot of football at the moment and he’s set to work incredibly hard this season.
Couple that with a need to add an ariel defender into the side. Fabinho isn’t the best in the air but Sheffield United threaten from set-pieces. We think this could be an easy and effective change, then.
Sadio Mane left the pitch on Wednesday and immediately put ice on his knee. Klopp says it’s ‘not a problem‘ and that he’s just had a dead leg with a bit of pain.
That may be, but it still might make some sense to use him as an impact sub, rather than starting three games in a week. Usually, that would be a real risk but Diogo Jota is playing very well. Better safe than sorry, so we could well see Jota start in place of the Senegalese winger.
